DARLENE ORTIZ DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Darlene Ortiz is the Director of Business Development. Best to be described as free spirited, energetic, bubbly, and passionate. Darlene takes pride in the work that we do here at HCA. With the art of business development comes the understanding of importance of building the brand, creating a differentiated and meaningful market position with in depth knowledge of the agency as well as the clientele. She radiates compassion for all clients who need and utilize our services as if they were her family. She has two young daughters, Bella & Mila in which she is instilling great morals and values.

ALLY EMPLOYEE CARE COORDINATOR

Ally is the Employee Care Coordinator for Home Care Assistance. Her primary position is focused on hiring, training, scheduling and client/caregiver communications. Ally is a Colorado native and when she is not working she enjoys her time with her animals. Ally has an Associates in Animal Science and is a graduate from Bel-Rea as a Veterinarian Technician. Ally’s journey began in Home health care 6 years ago as a caregiver, but she has been forever immersed and intrigued by medicine.

CHERIE COE CLIENT CARE MANAGER

Cherie has lived in Colorado since 1981 after relocating from California. The past 17 years she has lived in Jefferson County and has been involved with various businesses there. She and her husband, Steve, moved to Evergreen in 1997 where they raised their two sons, Travis and Brody. Cherie comes from a long background in client care. She has worked in the financial and real estate industries, dedicating large amounts of time to developing personal client relationships, and also managed a territory for the Evergreen/Conifer Neighborhood Welcome Service – a committee dedicated to making new residents feel at home. Cherie is passionate about her clients, dedicated to working with each individual in order to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

DELILAH ORTIZ PAYROLL

Thank you for visiting our Home Care Assistance website. My name is Delilah Ortiz and married to Herman Ortiz. I’ve always had a passion for home care being that I come from a very large family and found that as we grow older a significant number of my family members are getting older and need care more so than ever. My mother who passed away at the age of 94 would have benefited from our services. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to experience the joy of being in her own home, having loving and caring help. My wish is for everyone to live out their years as they get older in their own homes. Thank you.
